Position Overview

ENRG Holdings (the “Company”) seeks an experienced and strategic Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance to join our executive leadership team. This role is critical to driving the financial strategy and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization. The SVP of Finance will provide strategic direction and oversight to all financial operations, including planning, reporting, risk management, and investment strategies.

This role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry and the oil field services sector, strong financial acumen, and exceptional leadership capabilities. The position will report to Glencoe Diversified Holdings (“GDH”) Global Chief Financial Officer and serve as a Partner with dotted line reporting to the CEO of ENRG Holdings.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership:

Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the Company’s business goals and long-term vision.

Partner with the CEO and executive team to guide strategic planning, investment decisions, and overall corporate direction.

Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) that support the Company’s strategic direction.

Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to drive business performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Drive growth opportunities through organic and inorganic strategic acquisitions/opportunities.

Develop and manage corporate tax planning and strategies for the Company.

Financial Operations Management:

Partner with the CEO and executive team to drive the operational execution of business strategies and support tactical initiatives based on relevant KPIs.

Develop an interactive, dynamic asset utilization and profitability management system by leveraging advanced data analytics and digital tools in real-time that enable swift response to market fluctuations, commodity price swings, and optimal product mixes across basins that enhance financial performance.

Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to ensure accuracy and alignment with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, industry standards, and best practices in financial reporting and risk management.

Manage the Company’s financial risks, including liquidity, credit, and operational risks, and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

Manage all treasury functions; monitor cash balances, forecasts, and strategic investments.

Operational Excellence:

Enhance financial processes, systems, and controls to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness.

Make recommendations on how to improve financial performance and execute operational improvement plans.

Lead financial due diligence and integration processes for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

Optimize cash flow management, working capital, and capital allocation to support business operations and growth initiatives.

Evaluate accounting, financial reporting, and business intelligence systems to determine the best optimal system for Company strategy and organizational needs.

Leadership and Team Development:

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Ensure effective communication and coordination between the finance department and other business units to support organizational objectives.

Provide and hold organizational leaders responsible for capital and operating expense spend.

Drive talent development and succession planning within the finance function.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including GDH, financial institutions, and auditors.

Communicate the Company’s financial performance, strategy, and outlook to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

Own and facilitate monthly financial review process with GDH and Company leadership.

Own and facilitate quarterly financial reporting process with outside lenders and otherwise foster open and transparent lender relationships.

Support Company Board meetings, materials preparation, and presentation.

Represent the Company in financial discussions and negotiations with key partners.

Oversee the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and present to the Audit Committee.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in Finance) and/or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is highly preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in the energy or oilfield services industry is a must with expertise in oil and gas production assets a plus.

Proven track record of strategic financial leadership and driving business success in a complex, fast-paced environment.

In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex financial data and making strategic recommendations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams and manage cross-functional relationships effectively.

Ability to manage complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels across a diverse range of personalities.

Excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities; ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior managers and external business partners.

Demonstrated success working both independently and in highly collaborative environments.

Self-motivated and acts and thinks like an owner/entrepreneur.

Expert-level Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills.

Moderate travel required (~25% travel expectation).
