Job Description:PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Financial Planning & Analysis Lead Analyst is responsible for preparing reports, providing analysis, creating and maintaining business models, contributing to the annual budget and monthly forecasts, and supporting Allied leadership with financial guidance. Reporting to the Director, FP&A, this individual will lead specific planning and reporting activities, regularly meet with leadership, and contribute to senior level presentations.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contributes to annual budget, long range planning, and monthly forecasts.
Develops and maintains financial models supporting forecasts.
Conducts or participates in complex financial analysis projects.
Performs monthly financial variance analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
Supports assigned functional leadership, responding to reporting/analysis requests and resolving budget/forecast questions.
Qualifications:EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
OTHER SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Strong initiative, and excellent organizational and people skills to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders. Stellar attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment. A strong desire to drive results with a hands-on mentality to see projects to completion.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion)
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Must have the ability to communicate and present effectively.
Advanced aptitude in problem-solving.
Strong leadership skills and initiative.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
The Compensation range for this position is approximately $98k - $120k and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
