Focus:

Support IP litigation through drafting, research, discovery, and trial preparation.

Engage in cross-functional teamwork with colleagues, external counsel, and clients to devise and deploy winning IP legal solutions.

Oversee intellectual property disputes encompassing patent validity, trade secret misappropriation, copyright violations, and trademark enforcement.

Conduct technical analysis and provide insights related to IP matters, especially within the fields of technology, healthcare, and financial services.

Engage in client communications, deliver updates, and offer strategic guidance on ongoing cases.

Skill Set:

Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years' litigation experience in a law firm, in-house, or other relevant legal capacity.

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.

STEM background highly valued.

Proven track record of successfully navigating intricate intellectual property issues, spanning innovation protections, confidential information, creative rights, and brand identifiers.

Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

Clear and compelling communicator, capable of making legal expertise understandable.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Active engagement in law school, such as participation in moot court, law review, or relevant legal societies, is highly desirable.
