Litigation Associate

Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking a motivated Construction Litigation Associate in our Charleston office. The ideal candidate will have two (2) or three (3) years of litigation experience, preferably including construction and complex litigation matters.Responsibilities:Conducting legal researchDrafting documentsAssisting with discovery and trial preparationCommunicating with clientsAttending court hearingsExcellent research, writing, and analytical skills are essential, along with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
