Litigation Associate Attorney

We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate Construction Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with a proven track record of success in construction litigation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and contribute to the firm's continued growth.Responsibilities:Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other court documents.Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.Prepare for trials and attend hearings.Assist with discovery and evidence gathering.Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members on litigation matters.Qualifications:Juris Doctor degree (or equivalent degree)Admission to the [State] Bar2+ years of litigation experienceStrong academic performance and excellent research and writing skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational and time management skills
