here .POSITION DESCRIPTIONNIF seeks a driven, passionate, engaging, detail-oriented individual to join the San Francisco-based executive team, reporting to the VP of Finance, Operations & Administration. This role comprises several related administrative functions: supporting PJF’s administration, including grants, and client engagement under the supervision of the VP of Finance, Operations & Administration; serving as executive assistant to the VP, which includes scheduling, expense reporting, travel, and more; and providing additional administrative support to the Chief Planned Giving Officer as needed, for example, assisting with filing, mailing, and maintaining a shared PJF/Legacy mailings calendar.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide all manner of administrative support to VP Finance & Operations, including scheduling, maintaining the VP’s calendar and PJF/Legacy calendar, travel bookings, expense reports and invoice review.Administer PJF’s online portal, including updating articles and links.Process contributions to and grants from donor-advised funds.Vet grantees to ensure viability and compliance with laws and policies.Research grant opportunities.Assist in drafting quarterly updates to PJF clients.Deliver white-glove service to PJF clients.Maintain files and records.Troubleshoot software or client issues.Support VP of Finance & Operations in PJF Public Engagement efforts, including digital and mail appeals.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.Energetic, intelligent generalist who is an eager learner with critical thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.Strong professional demeanor with white glove client service experience or understanding.Comfortable and skilled at interacting kindly with a wide variety of people.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Detail-oriented, highly organized, and fierce about deadlines.Able to manage and prioritize several projects simultaneously.Resilient, one with the ability to perform with grace and humor under pressure and in the face of challenging times for Israelis and Palestinians.Skilled in research, Google Suite, MS Office; comfort and interest in adapting to new technologies.Experience with Raiser’s Edge, EveryAction or other CRM system, a plus.Familiarity with and interest in engaging with Israel, current events, human rights, and social justice issues.REPORTING & SUPERVISORY RELATIONSHIPSThis position will report to and be supervised by the VP of Finance, Operations & Administration.SALARY AND COMPENSATIONThe salary range for this position is $55,000 – $62,000 annually based on skills and experience.
