As a Sales Operations System Analyst, you will contribute significantly to the development of programs and the implementation of sales strategies and tech stack that support NVIDIA’s key go-to-market initiatives. This role offers a distinctive chance to tackle highly complex and strategically valuable issues, putting your analytical and problem-solving skills to the test. Your main responsibilities as a Sales Operations System Analyst will include:
Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud processes to elevate the NVIDIA’s service management process and optimize sales operations
Configuring and customizing Salesforce interfaces and Customer communities based on business requirements
Design integrations between Salesforce and other business systems to ensure seemless data flow
Redesigning and improving existing operational processes as the organization evolves.
Responsible for systems roll-out and organizational change, including new process definition, training, launch, and adoption
Understanding and translating business needs into requirements for solution design
Creating and maintaining detailed documentation, including process workflows and system diagrams.
Collaborate with Business teams and Development to deliver innovative solutions
What we need to see:Minimum 5 years of proven track record as SFDC System Analyst with advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform and its implementation tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering
Experience in configuring, crafting, and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities) and integrating with third-party applications
Experience working with Salesforce Asset Management, Warranty management, Entitlement management
Self-motivated individual with a track record of working independently and driving new initiatives.
Experience collaborating and working with application developers, SFDC, SAP, and offshore teams to provide end-to-end solutions.
Working with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Strong interpersonal and communication Skills
Certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator.
