Job Description
Responsibilities:Team management of Electrical Engineers, Mechatronic Engineers, and Software Engineers.Motivate teams, create growth plans, Conduct annual reviews, coach/mentor, and balance project assignments.Development of team growth plans, conflict resolutions, and strong communication with all members.Adhere to company policies and create and monitor goals and metrics.Liaison between Product Managers and the Engineering team.Support the Business Development department with client relationships, onsite meetings, project reviews, and proposals/ROMs.Work closely with the leadership team, key stakeholders, and product management team to ensure on-time delivery.Support human resources in recruitment efforts, candidate review, and technical interviews.Hands-on support with troubleshooting of hardware, coding, and system integration of prototypes.Able to read and support with development of schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.Attend and conduct team and client meetings, site testing, and delivery as required.Other job responsibilities as required.Qualifications
Requirements :
Minimum of 6+ years of progressive hands-on engineering experience8+ years in direct EE, New Product Development experience and responsibilitiesClient-facing experience, project consultation, ROM development experienceProven success in a multidisciplinary product design environmentProven ability to build rapport and act as a voice of authority among engineering, business development, and project management teamsDesire to build a team and teach by "doing alongside" not just directionSound business perspective with an emphasis on choosing the right tools, processes, and people for the job.Working knowledge and experience of tools or related; Altium, VISIO, C/C ++, Mal/Lab, Python
