Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Workdays: Monday - FridayLocation: 202 W. French Place, San Antonio, TX, 78212

Summary:
Data entry of transactions related to accounting databases, donor database, and company websites.
Position Responsibilities:
*Assist in maintaining donor databases*Reconcile the regular updates and improve accuracy of donor data through cross referencing of other platforms including Neon, Stripe, RaiseDonors, Square, Greater Giving, One Cause.*Double checks the weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual giving reports as requested from all revenue streams including event platforms, third party administrators, employee giving campaigns, cash & check logs, and online donations through company websites.* Reconcile all donations monthly with Development team.* Generate and mail accurate end of year donor tax letters.*Overseeing the submission of timesheets and data entry of said timesheets.*Maintain in-kind donation entry.Back up to development coordinator for Mission Advancement.Ensuring that all journal entries have cover sheets and are signed.Collaborate with Finance to collect and compile performance measures for weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.Other duties as assigned by Finance management.Competencies:

Minimum Qualifications:
Educationo High School Diploma or equivalent required. Basic Accounting preferred or business-related field. OR,
Experienceo Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar field with at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounting experience.
License and Credentialso Reliable transportation
o Clean driving record
o Valid driver license
o Valid vehicle insurance
o Experience with Intacct preferred
Minimum Knowledge and Skills:
Minimum of 1 years' experience in accounts payable including expense coding and allocating, verifying backup documentation, check runs, and communication with vendors.Experience with computer software (i.e., Intacct software preferred).A basic grasp of the general ledger and.Must be detail oriented, organized, self-motivated, work well independently and on a team.Must have good written and verbal skills.Must have good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Travel Requirements:
Travel requirements for the position includes 35% local and 0% overnight.
