Job Description Summary:The Electrical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing energy storage electrical construction resulting in safe and successful project execution. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Electrical Superintendent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be the part of the growing industry where you will play a pivotal role in the successful completion of our projects. This position involves a high degree of responsibility and leadership. The Electrical Superintendent will support the solar division in a supervisory capacity. As an Electrical Superintendent you will need to be on-site overseeing all aspects of the electrical construction.
This position will be on the job site, travel required. Nearest cities to current job sites are Tonopah, AZ, Flagstaff, AZ, and Las Vegas, NV.

Position Responsibilities and Duties:Lead and manage solar construction projects from initiation to completionCoordinate with other construction professionals to ensure the successful completion of projectsConduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutionsMonitor the activities of self-perform team and subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications and schedules.Mentor assistant superintendents, craft personnel, and other junior level employeesCoordinate with engineering, procurement and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of electrical materials, equipment and resourcesCoordinate with project team to document and track related cost impactsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and industry standardsEnforce and promote a culture of safety by implementing and enforcing SOLV standards and OSHA policies, procedures and guidelinesAssign tasks, delegate responsibilities and provide guidance and training to develop team members skills and capabilitiesEnsure compliance with local, state and federal regulations governing solar work include NFPA 70e and IEEE and NEC standardsObjectives or Goals to Measure Performance:
Adherence to Company policies and Corporate Procedures and Electrical Safety ManualWork within SE's business processes and ensure an efficient working environmentProject profitabilityProject completed on scheduleQuality control: integrity and excellence of completed projectCustomer/Client SatisfactionPositive project team attitudeImproved personal professional growth and educationStaff development and trainingMinimum Skills or Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in electrical construction, maintenance, or related fieldDirect relevant industry experience NFPA 70e "Qualified Person" preferred, skilled with knowledge related to the construction and operation of the electrical equipmentOSHA 30-hour construction safety certificationAbility to travel and work in varied environments as required by project needsDemonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholdersExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills to work with others under all situationsAbility to work, analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize problems independentlyStrong knowledge of dispatching methods, techniques, and practicesEffective written and verbal English communication skillsStrong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinateDuties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or modified as required by the organizationPhysical Demands and Environmental Conditions:
Requires frequent stooping, bending, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, standing, walking, and lifting 50 or more lbsConstant finger dexterity and ability to see details at close range and at a distance, hear, talk, and possess depth perceptionOccasional climbing and carrying, proximity to moving mechanical parts, working in high exposed placesOccasional exposure to environmental conditions
