Microsoft 365 Developer
to provide support to Team Ships Front Office (TSFO).Responsibilities:Design, develop, deliver, and maintain custom web applications using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.On-site and remote SharePoint Online site collection management and support, including site content, permissions, security, governance, migrations, and upgrades.Translate business and technical requirements into technical solutions.Provide monthly schedule updates and overall project status as requested by the stakeholders and seek approval for any extensions to timelines or additional requirements.Coordinate and facilitate meetings as needed.Design, develop and support advanced workflows for automated business processes using Power Automate.Effectively communicate complex concepts and information to senior management.Manage web development projects throughout their lifecycle including analysis, requirements gathering, development, testing and deployment.Provide input to the development and execution of design standards.Design, develop and implement front-end solutions for various Lines of Business including BI solutions such as dashboards, reports, metrics, and performance indicators.Develop core business content types and list/library structures.Scope the required development level of effort for new projects.Respond to internal tickets from end users requiring SharePoint assistance.Identify sites not compliant with content governance standards, provide notification, and enforcement when appropriate.Gather requirements for and develop new SharePoint sites.Maintenance of NAVSEA public website on AFPIMS platform.Function as a member of the team.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent U.S. military service experience.At least 5 years of experience in SharePoint custom development.At least 3 years of experience in SharePoint Online custom development using Power Apps and Power Automate.At least 2 years of web application development experience (HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and CSS).Practical experience with Microsoft 365 Apps.Knowledge of Sharegate migration software, Dataverse, Power BI, PowerFx and SPFx a plus.Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with customers, senior-level personnel and team members.Ability to demonstrate aptitude for learning and rapidly mastering new applications and technology.
Proven ability to prioritize rapidly changing tasks and assignments.Ability to work well both independently and in teams.Ability to work productively remotely
