TIAG is now hiring a

Senior SharePoint/ Data Analytics Developer

to join our team supporting the Navy International Programs Office (NIPO). NIPO is tasked with advancing maritime Partners and Allies in support of U.S. security interests. TIAG is supporting NIPO in the areas of project management, requirements management, development and maintenance of knowledge management tools, and data analytics.

This position is hybrid, reporting onsite 2 days per week at the Navy Yard in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities include:

Work on a SharePoint team to design and develop SharePoint Online site architectures to support customers' business processes. Design solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and/or Power BI. Collaborate with existing SharePoint team members to design immersive, UI/UX friendly SharePoint Online Modern site pages. Customize customers' SharePoint Online lists with JSON field and list view formatting. As a SharePoint Site Collection Administrator (SCA), support customers with training new SharePoint site owners, performing site maintenance, and cleaning up site permissions; assisting users with MS Teams, SharePoint, and other apps in the Microsoft 365 suite; and researching available features within the Navy's secure 365 tenant. Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders and NIPO leadership. Required Experience:

Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DOD Secret security clearance. Bachelor's degree in a relevant Information Technology field and a minimum 5 years of applicable experience, to include a minimum 3 years of experience developing SharePoint solutions. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with a minimum 9 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position. Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows as well as the development of Business Intelligence dashboards. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing the documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code. Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage with customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and time management, and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects and tasks efficiently. Create workflow processes and site customization Provide business support (escalation for help desk) Proficiency in the following areas: Creating SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions. Utilizing ShareGate migration software for day-to-day content migrations for SharePoint and Teams content. Client-side development using JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Web Services, SOAP, REST, Ajax, jQuery, JSON, HTML, HTML5, and CSS with Responsive Design. Mobile application development and/or UI/UX best practices. Microsoft 365's best practices for Knowledge Management specific to file classification and content discoverability. Utilizing SharePoint and MS Graph HTTP requests. Work experience with the US Navy or the Department of Defense preferred

Pay Range:

$110,000 - $125,000 per hour
