Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team to ensure optimal productivity, maintain high standards of quality, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in plant management or a similar role within the chemical industry. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles. Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and achieving operational excellence. Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilitiesThe Plant Manager has overall site responsibility and accountability for the safety, health, environmental performance, cost, quality, reliability, capital utilization, communications and public relations, and personnel development for the site operation.
