Electrical Engineer

Description:- Electronics design; schematic design, power supply design, microcontroller design- Prepare design documentation- Troubleshooting PCB boards, up to 12 layer boards- Component selection, create BOMs- Embedded firmware coding in C/C++, bare metal- Control theory with Matlab- Generate test software- Lead/guide internal junior electrical engineersSkills:power supply design, microcontroller, c/c++, emc, altium, matlab, linuxAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVE:- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a similar field- 10+ years of relevant experiencePLUS:- EMC (electromagnetic compatability)- Altium- Linux- Control theory, Matlab- Regulated industry (aerospace, automotive, medical device); strongly prefer aviation- Desire to be/experience being customer interfacing- Secret clearanceAbout ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
