Be able to understand and follow instructions in a matter of time. Be able to take directions and to work with little supervision. Have good computer skills, attendance and punctuality to report to work. Have a positive attitude and good customer service.Essential FunctionsAnswer phone calls and deliver accurate messages to Corp OfficersAnswer emails and scan & receive fax documentsMaintain a filling systemKeep all personal files up to dateMaintain corps members files up to date in black book and computer databaseKeep corps member inform of all activities and programsDo quarterly Women Ministries & CCM reports with Corp OfficerInput members tithes and offering into computer databaseBookkeeping functions as required by DHQ.Make deposits if neededCoordinating with vendor (repairs) and (invoices)Process InvoicesProcessing and maintaining payroll recordsKeep track of all vacation, sick time etc.Process volunteer application (Background check & PTM)Train Staff and volunteers as designated by corps officersAttend meetings and conferencesCommunity Service paperworkMaking sure licensing requirements are met by facility and employees.Responsible for all social service mattersManage all the Social Service reportsCoordinate and direct all social service programsOrder food bank for the social service programsGift in kind reportFEMA reportsCDBG reportsPick up food supplies and donations from different locationsOpen and Close facility

Working ConditionsAbility to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Ability to operate computer, fax and telephone. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.Minimum QualificationsBilingual (English and Spanish)High school diploma or GED(Preference)Ability to engage and diffuse crisis situationsAbility to work effectively.Computer literacyType 40/ wpm 10 keyHave a minimum of three years of experience in Administration AssistantDriver License (class C)

Skills, Knowledge & AbilitiesDriving Test and clean MVR check (if applicable).If working in the vicinity of children a criminal background check is required with certification for Protect the Mission policies and procedures.Follow directions with minimum supervision.
