Overview
Job Purpose
The Intercontinental Exchange is looking for a highly skilled, experienced, and industrious candidate to serve within the NYSE Equity and Options business lines. This individual will have day to day operational responsibilities with respect to NYSE Equities and Options membership, onboarding, ongoing account maintenance, customer facing system administration and various customer service duties.
Responsibilities
Possess or develop a deep understanding of the different NYSE SRO Membership requirements, review timelines, and approval processEnsure that the NYSE systems adequately service the needs of our member firms and associated individuals. Provide direction to Product Development based on customer needs and system requirementsInterface with customers and other NYSE internal teams to field, clarify, understand, answer questions and offer suggestions regarding firm and individual permissioning, connectivity, clearing firm changes, and other troubleshooting as necessaryAbility to create and support customer facing documents, application materials, and forms for all NYSE marketsPerform critical administrative tasks with a meticulous level of diligence and an eye towards safe and secure ways to automate the tasksProvide excellent customer service daily
Knowledge and Experience
BA/BS degree preferred or a minimum of 5 years in a support role of a trading floor, broker dealer and or back-office environmentPrevious experience with customer servicePrevious experience with Options trading and/or operationsExcellent critical thinking skills and diligenceInitiative-taker with the ability to multi-task effectively and independently within a challenging environmentAdvanced Microsoft Word and Excel skillsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal necessary; high degree of comfort speaking to all levels of management both internally and externallySeries 99, or willingness to complete the Series 99 within three months of hire date.
Schedule
This role offers work from home flexibility of one day per week.
New York Base Salary Range
The expected base salary for this role if located in New York City is between 85,000 - 160,000 USD. The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange's incentive compensation. While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.
