ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage warehouse operations during assigned shifts, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.Implement warehouse policies and procedures during shifts to optimize efficiency and safety.Monitor and report on the status of inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and preventing stockouts.Collaborate with other managers to implement warehouse improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost savings.Supervise, train, and guide warehouse staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.Monitor shift performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, providing shift-specific reports on issues, key information, and operational handovers.Track and report daily attendance and workforce presence for assigned shifts.Maintain communication with customer representatives, addressing inquiries and ensuring service level agreements are met during assigned shifts.Cultivate a strong customer focus and implement corrective actions based on feedback from shifts.Drive and support the execution of daily operational activities across assigned shifts.Prepare and present shift-specific reports detailing issues, important matters to be shared across shifts, and any required handover information.Analyze shift-specific data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.Shift A: Mon ~ Thurs Day Shift (7am ~ 7pm)
