Job Summary:
This position reports to the Director, Supply Chain Finance L&D and will partner with the Regional Finance teams and Supply Chain to drive enhanced E&O reporting for the business. This role will help support the end of life management of our products with a focus on component inventory. This position will also have a project-based focus and support various needs for the Brand Cost Finance team. The work completed in this role will influence management decision making by providing timely and accurate financial information. The applicant should be comfortable working in a fast paced, flexible environment. The ability to work across teams effectively is critical to the success of this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead various project-based work such as supporting IT development of a database to house our Global E&O Reserve data.
Provide analysis and assessment of Excess & Obsolete Inventory.
Work with cross functional team on items identified for Sku Rat and the end of life management of both the finished good and component Inventory.
Assist with Inventory forecast and analysis to support the S&OP process.
Work with Brand Cost Finance leadership to support the implementation of new processes along with process improvements and overall simplification as it relates to E&O tracking and reporting.
Complete other ad hoc analysis and requests as needed.
Key Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree in Accounting/Finance
0-2 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in a Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
Experience with SAP is preferred.
Working knowledge of Excel and Power BI Tools.
Leadership: Takes responsibility for delivering stated outcomes regardless of challenges encountered

Executive presence: Comfortable working with and influencing senior leaders.
Analytical skills: Ability to assess risks and opportunities within complex business situations.
