As the Senior Analyst, Capital services, you will support the back-office customer operation functions associated with Renal order placement, hardware reporting and tracking, billing and swapped devices, returns and credit/rebills. Success metrics are defined for the business to ensure successful operations after deployment.What you'll be doingEnter agreements in Global Service Platform (GSP) and build manual initial/pro-rated billings based on the daily shipment of cycler rental devices.Process and reconcile daily swaps for defective devices based on shipping reports provided by 3rd party.Resolve GSP asset and account management activities on a weekly basis for Renal assets.Assist with Lost Asset Retrieval process, including written notification to clinics and/or billing for lost cyclers.Address all cycler disputes in a timely manner, issuing credit/rebills.Process acquisition requests upon receipt of all required documentation and completion of other teams assigned tasks (i.e. account set up and patient movement).Assist sales force, marketing, or other departments with requests for serial number listings or other inquiries.Update and maintain data in designated Excel workbooks and tracking files.Assist in Capital Equipment and Hardware order entry processes.Focus on continuous improvement of current business processes for standardization and simplificationWhat you will bring:
Ability to coordinate workload and prioritize tasks.Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and ability to self-check.Ability to clearly identify and resolve routine and some non-routine issues on a timely basis.Working systems knowledge of JD Edwards, Therefore, Get-Paid, DocView, LeasePak and GSPProficiency within ExcelMust have the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects; should be able to ask the right questions and lead conversations in order to resolve customer or internal issues.Experience/Qualifications
7+ years customer operations experienceMinimum requirements: High school degree or equivalent; 4-year college degree (preferred)Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
