SCOPE OF POSITION

Responsible for the proper and safe operation of a 34-seat electric tram and trailer, transporting passengers to and from airport parking garages to terminal access, and performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Transport guests to and from the airport parking garages on a continuous basis

Complete tram inspection at the beginning and end of each shift

Maintain cleanliness of tram and trailer during shift

Recharge tram

Maintain log of guest/trip counts

Make stop announcements

Assist with luggage and disabled passengers as needed

Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Experience -

Less than a high school education and a minimal month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Driver’s License -

Candidates must possess a valid state driver’s license to be considered for this role.

Language Ability -

Ability to read, write and interpret the English language.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers.

Availability to Work -

Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs.

If applicable, availability to work 1st shift, 2nd shift and/or week-ends

may

be required.

The employee must be able to move in a relatively quick manner in a crowded and enclosed area.
