Associate Attorney - 3+ years' experienceConduct research, prepare reports and legal documents, and perform other duties to develop and implement strategyAbility to identify key facts and issues, provide thoughtful analysis of the law and develop arguments, and provide recommendationsBe responsive to clients and colleagues, and build meaningful relationships with clients based on trust and excellent workPrepare work product such as pleadings and discovery in a timely mannerBe intentional to stay informed about developments in the lawAbility to work independently and with a teamAbility to effectively communicate verbally and in writingMaintain an attention to detail in all work product
Requirements:Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association accredited law schoolIn good standing and able to practice law in the state of CaliforniaStrong research, writing and critical thinking skillsKnowledgeable, attentive, and proactiveExcellent communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision but also able to work as part of a teamDetail oriented and organizedProfessional and collegialProficient with technology and Microsoft Office applications
