Job Description
25% Nursing, 25% Administrative and Meetings, 25% HR, 15% Policy, 5% Communication and collaboration, 5% Other
Oversight for Regulatory and compliance staffing ratios, clinical practices, infection control, application of dialysis policies and procedures
Patient Care- dialysis staff oversight, quality, safety, audits, compliance, patient needs/concerns
Human Resources- Team management, hiring, mentoring, coaching training, compliance with policies and procedures, disciplinary actions
Budgeting and planning- expansion of 2 new community hospitals, staff productivity, cost control, budgeting, billing, annual budget goals and staffing.
Policy and Procedures- review, revises, creates, in coordination with Medical Directors and ensures ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements
Oversight of the Dialysis Water and Technical staff

Skills and Requirements
Active Nursing license
Required BSN, Preferred MSN
Required National Certification (May obtain within 6 months of hire)
3+ years leadership experience with oversight of multiple OP dialysis clinics simultaneously (Adult Chronic OP dialysis clinics, Acute IP units)
3+ years of Facility Administrator, charge nurse, Director or Supervising nurse experience
Must have Adult Hemodialysis clinical experience in last 8 years, and able to demonstrate basic dialysis concepts
Prefer Home modality experience (Home Hemodialysis or Peritoneal)
Must be comfortable to serve as dialysis subject matter expert
Must be have experience in last 8 years with DSHS surveys
Must have experienced a DSHS survey and communicated with the surveyor throughout that process and completed a plan of correction post survey.
Have knowledge of the water room systems and components null
