Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven analyst who will be responsible for supporting the analytical and reporting needs of the Manager in the Strategic Planning & Analysis group and will work with individuals across the Firm's office worldwide and at various levels. The primary responsibilities include financial analysis and reporting at an organization wide, office and group level, monitoring industry trends, conducting market research, using quantitative and qualitative data, providing data synthesis and analysis which links multiple inputs in support of decision-making, creating standard and/or ad hoc reports as required and other due diligence and project based analysis as required. The individual will work closely with the Manager of Strategic Planning and Analysis to prepare, evaluate and communicate results to key stakeholders in the organization.Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare reporting and provide financial analysis to practice leaders providing insights into group or practice results
Respond to ad-hoc requests from practice leaders and internal professional staff departmentsDeliver and communicate market intelligence reports in a timely mannerResearch market trends utilizing various information servicesAssess the reliability of research findings, maintaining high standards for accuracy, relevance and quality in deliverables at all timesData analytics projects to enhance current monitoring effortsConduct market in-depth market research and competitive analysisSynthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for actionContribute to ongoing improvement of the reporting process through use of automation and business intelligence toolsAssist with other efforts and complete special projects as necessary, working closely with peers, Managers, and Senior Managers in the Strategic Planning and Analysis function
