Summary
The Financial Analyst will support the Manager in the Strategic Planning and Analysis group. The person will be responsible for supporting the analytical and reporting needs of the Strategic Planning Group and will work with individuals across the Firm's offices worldwide and at various levels. The primary responsibilities include financial analysis and reporting at an organization wide, office and group level, evaluating performance against financial targets, performing deep-dive analyses to provide insights into performance, preparation of monthly and quarterly internal financial reports, and other due diligence and project based analysis as required. The individual will work closely with the Manager of Strategic Planning & Analysis to prepare, evaluate and communicate results.Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare reporting and provide financial analysis to practice leaders providing insights into group or practice results
Respond to ad-hoc requests from practice leaders and internal professional staff departmentsAssist with various Firm needs related to the global practice structureCollaborate with colleagues in Accounting and IT on technology-based reporting solutions and enhancementsAssist with other efforts and complete special projects as necessary, working closely with peers, Managers, and Senior Managers in the Strategic Planning and Analysis function.
