Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Attorney with expertise in landlord-tenant law to join a well-respected law firm based in Staten Island, NY. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research and writing skills, an ability to navigate complex tenant disputes, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in landlord-tenant matters, including housing court proceedings.Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, leases, and agreements.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.Provide strategic counsel to clients on various issues pertaining to landlord-tenant relationships.Manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in New York State.Minimum of 3 years of experience in landlord-tenant law or related fields preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.If you are passionate about landlord-tenant law and are looking to further your career with a prestigious firm, we encourage you to apply.
