Above all, we judge success by the success of our team and the happiness of our customers.Location : Irving - TX, Tampa - FL, Basking Bridge - NJ, Alpharetta - GA.**Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States**Responsibilities :Collaborating with the senior leadership team and internal collaborators to define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.Establishing effective and appropriate project governance for a projectProducing and maintaining a project plan while conducting the project within constraints of the framework used by different delivery teamsDeveloping full-scale project plans and associated communications documentsPlanning and scheduling project timelines and achievements using appropriate toolsEstimating the resources and participants required to achieve project goalsEnsuring proper financial management of the projectEnsuring proper risk management by documenting all risks and employing an effective mitigation strategyExcellent organization and presentation skillsFirm knowledge of project management methodologies and toolsAbility to implement and support complex enterprise software systemsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent vendor management and negotiation skillsAbility to influence and cultivate an environment of shared accountabilityAbility to collaborate with people, processes, and systemsAbility to be flexible and highly adaptive in a fast-paced environmentQualifications :Extensive background of more than 15 years in strategy, operations, process consulting, partnering with different teams, customer interaction, and delivering successful projects/programs in legacy modernization or digital transformations.Project/Program training and certifications (PMI/SAFe 5.0/Prince II)Experience in delivering at least 3 or more sophisticated programs involving teams across multiple geographiesExperience in senior stakeholder management, communication, and relationshipExperience being part of deal solutioning and identifying relevant risksCan present solutions from the Program Management standpointExperience in managing collaborators across IT, VMO, and businessAdept with multicultural; multi-geo working teams and stakeholdersExperience in contract managementProgram delivery experience involving 3 or more service linesExperience in delivering Transformational commitment, productivity goals, offshoring commitmentExperience in delivering domain capability services or niche technology capabilities or new technologies to the marketExperience in leading/managing structured deals, takeover/acquisition, or divesture programsRequired Education: MBA or Master's degree strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree requiredWork Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in US without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureSalary and Other Compensation:The annual salary for this position is between $113K - $180K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits: Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:-Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance-Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off-401(k) plan and contributions-Long-term/Short-term Disability-Paid Parental Leave-Employee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
