The Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluation and occupational therapy treatment. Responsible for the direct or individual provision of individualized care based on the assessed age and developmental needs. Responsible for transitioning patients to Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and supervision according to policy.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

One (1) year experience. Home Care or Long Term Care exp preferred.

Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy

Masters Preferred

CO Occupational Therapist (OT) License

Current Colorado drivers license within 60 days of hire.

BLS (Required)

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly).

This part time benefit eligible home health OT role works Mon - Friday (hours 8:00am - 5:00pm). We need to cover the north-central, and northeast (Westminster, Thornton, Denver, Brighton, Commerce City).
