We are committed to delivering high-quality legal representation.Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in representing creditors, debtors, and other parties in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, as well as in handling complex commercial litigation matters. You will be expected to manage a diverse portfolio of bankruptcy and business litigation cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, representation in court, and providing strategic advice to clients.Key Responsibilities:Represent creditors, debtors and trustees in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.Litigate adversary proceedings, including preference and fraudulent transfer claims, and nondischargeability claims, in bankruptcy court.Draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents related to bankruptcy and business litigation.Advise and negotiate on behalf of clients regarding debtor/creditor relationships, out-of-court dissolution and debt restructuring.Conduct legal research and analysis on complex bankruptcy and commercial litigation issues.Attend hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary.Collaborate with colleagues and staff to develop case strategies and deliver high-quality service to clients.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Active bar admission and in good standing in the State of California.2-7 years of experience in bankruptcy and commercial litigation in state and federal court, preferably in a law firm setting.Strong knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, including Chapters 7, 11, and 13.Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional client service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Supportive and collaborative work environment.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume and a writing sample to laura@.
