As the CSO, you will drive and execute the strategic direction of our client's RWE initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to create innovative solutions that impact patient outcomes in Oncology.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall strategic roadmap for the company's RWE initiatives in Oncology.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, commercial, and technology, to align RWE strategies with business goals.Identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions to enhance the company's RWE capabilities.Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and trends in Oncology and RWE, providing thought leadership and guidance to the organization.Lead market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and assess market dynamics.Interface with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, academia, and regulatory bodies, to gather insights and ensure compliance with industry regulations.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and drive customer adoption.Manage relationships with key opinion leaders and foster partnerships with industry influencers to drive market awareness and thought leadership.Provide regular updates to the executive team and board of directors on the progress and impact of the RWE initiatives.Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning or consulting, with a focus on Real-World Evidence (RWE) in the field of Oncology.Proven track record in developing and executing strategic initiatives in the healthcare industry.Deep understanding of Oncology and the challenges and opportunities in utilizing RWE for improved patient outcomes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decision-making.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities.Experience working with real-world data sources and familiarity with data collection, analysis, and interpretation methodologies is highly desirable.Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
