Luminary Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief of Staff to support the Real World Evidence (RWE) division of our client, a PE-backed company in the healthcare industry. As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, and facilitate effective communication across the organization. Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and drive the company's strategic initiatives and goals within the RWE division.Coordinate and facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments and teams.Lead the planning and execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and analyses to support decision-making and provide insights on business performance.Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and potential risks.Manage the CEO's schedule, including organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Support organizational and operational improvements, streamlining processes and implementing best practices.Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building and maintaining strong relationships.Provide leadership and support to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior leadership or strategic planning role, preferably within the healthcare industry.Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, managing complex projects, and achieving results.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.Experience working in a PE-backed company or with private equity investors is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
