$110,000 to $130,000Schedule:

Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PMJob Responsibilities:Conduct one-on-one and group therapy, assessing new client histories, and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with the patient and other mental health professionals.Consults with Clinical Director in the development and facilitation of program activities which assures an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.Participates as member of the credentialing committee.Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings including collaboration with psychiatric providers and other organization clinical staff.Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.Conducts and documents ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platform(s).Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions and patient responses.Performs other duties, as assigned.RequirementsJob Skills & Qualifications:Master’s degree

in Professional Counseling from an accredited program.Active

California state licensure as

LPCC.You have

2 year or more

of experience in psychotherapy services.You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.BenefitsJob Perks & Benefits:Competitive Compensation of
