Full time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to deliver comprehensive mental health services to individuals and families. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their mental health challenges and supporting them in achieving their personal goals. You will conduct assessments, diagnose, and treat various emotional and psychological issues while fostering overall well-being. A compassionate approach and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients are essential for success in this position.Salary Range:
$110,000 to $130,000Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PMResponsibilities:Provides crisis intervention and counseling for patients, including the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues.Coordinates with family and/or support systems to facilitate client treatment and discharge planning.Reports to physicians on patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or existing issues.Maintains accurate and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, per department policy.Works closely with the healthcare team to develop treatment and discharge plans informed by psychosocial assessments and recognized social work methods.RequirementsMaster’s degree
in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology from an accredited program.Active
California state licensure as
LCSW.You have
2 year or more
of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.BenefitsJob Perks & Benefits:Competitive Compensation of
