Full time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)We are searching for a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to enhance our outpatient clinic. In this position, you will assess client needs, develop tailored treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse clientele. Your expertise will be essential in guiding clients through their mental health challenges and improving their quality of life.Salary Range:
$90,000 to $110,000Schedule:
Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5 PMResponsibilities:Provides crisis intervention and counseling for patients, including the assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral issues.Coordinates with family and/or support systems to facilitate client treatment and discharge planning.Reports to physicians on patient progress, needs, concerns, and any potential or existing issues.Maintains accurate and timely documentation, including clinical notes and progress reports, per department policy.Works closely with the healthcare team to develop treatment and discharge plans informed by psychosocial assessments and recognized social work methods.RequirementsMaster’s degree
in Marriage and Family Therapist from an accredited program.Active
Washington state licensure as
LMFT.You have
2 year or more
of experience in outpatient setting.You are well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.You have a commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.You are open minded desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.BenefitsJob Perks & Benefits:Competitive Compensation of
