Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.- Manage performance management systems to promote employee development and accountability.- Facilitate conflict resolution and provide guidance on employee relations issues.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding workers' compensation and other HR-related matters.- Utilize HRIS platforms such as UltiPro, PeopleSoft, Paychex, or Kronos for efficient data management and reporting.- Lead training initiatives to enhance employee skills in interviewing, conflict management, and performance evaluation.- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through feedback mechanisms and employee engagement surveys.Experience- Proven experience in a senior HR role with a focus on people management and organizational development.- Strong knowledge of conflict management techniques and performance management best practices.- Familiarity with various HRIS systems including Paylocity, ADP, UltiPro, PeopleSoft, or Kronos is highly desirable.- Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit talent across various levels within the organization.- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.- Strong analytical skills to assess HR metrics and drive data-informed decision-making.Join us in shaping an inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered to contribute their best!
