Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is crucial in ensuring the organization’s HR strategy aligns with our business goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. The Human Resources Manager will act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Duties

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing candidates and negotiating offers.

Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.

Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

Maintain and manage HRIS systems such as ADP, SAP, UltiPro, or Paylocity for accurate employee data management.

Conduct data analysis to inform decision-making regarding workforce planning and development.

Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other relevant labor laws.

Provide support in performance management processes and employee relations issues.

Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, demonstrating strong knowledge of HR practices.

Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, SAP, UltiPro, or Paylocity is highly desirable.

Strong interviewing skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.

Excellent data analysis skills to assess HR metrics and drive improvements.

Familiarity with OSHA regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,258.00 - $79,325.00 per year
