Position Description:

Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist Faculty Opportunity

The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Faculty Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at the Wauwatosa Health Center. In this role, you will provide high-quality outpatient psychiatric care to patients while supporting access and continuity of care. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to manage our Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) clinic.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for new and existing patients.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy, based on patient needs.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and integrated care for patients.Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources.Benefits:

Position Requirements:

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.American Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry.Valid state medical license and DEA registration.Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
