Salary:
Mental Health Therapist I: $26.94- $30.83 per hour rate based on experience.
Mental Health Therapist II: $28.13- $32.35 per hour rate based on experience.

Role:
Regular part-time (24 hours per week) mental health therapist who provides assessment of adults for their co-occurring behavioral health and/or substance needs; identifies goals; develops person-centered plans for treatment and case management services; provides individual/group therapies and case management services; and links and coordinates with needed community resources. Services are provided in both the office and community. Adult Recovery Therapists work under the supervision of the Mental Health Program Director and Program Coordinator.

Therapists must have experience treating adults with serious mental health needs and/or substance use needs. Some evening hours may be required. A valid MI driver's license is required.
Job Specific Requirements :
For Therapist II - Master's degree with Michigan licensure, either LMSW, LLP or LPC.
For Therapist I - Master's degree with Michigan licensure, either LLMSW, TLLP, LLPC and the ability to obtain full licensure within 2 years of hire. Promotion to Therapist II upon receipt of full license.
Certified Advanced Addiction Counselor (CAADC) is desirable.
