General Purpose of Job
The AMI Analyst II provides advanced support for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of SECO Energy's Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system. This position is responsible for independently monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the AMI and Meter Data Management System (MDMS) to ensure system efficiency and accuracy. AMI Analyst II collaborates with internal teams and acts as a primary resource for resolving complex system issues and implementing improvements in AMI processes.

EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.Job-related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.Experience
Four (4) years of experience working with AMI systems, Meter Data Management Systems (MDMS), or related technologies.Experience in data analysis, troubleshooting technical systems, or similar work in electric utility operations is preferred.Other Requirements
Ability to work irregular hours for assignment completion and flexibility to change scheduling and report to work on short notice during emergency situations.Normal work hours will be eight (8) hours Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Successful completion of pre-employment background check, physical and drug screen.
