Currently, we are looking for a Mobile Clinic Driver, Part-Time to join the ArcBest team. The Mobile Clinic Driver, Part-Time is responsible for driving the mobile clinic to various ArcBest events and ABF Service Centers. The mobile clinic provides on-site health screenings and wellness services to ArcBest and ABF Freight employees. The Mobile Clinic Driver, Part-Time reports to the Manager, Health Plan Operations and works closely with the Health Plan Operations team.

Your contribution may include:

Drive the mobile clinic safely and efficiently to and from designated locations according to schedule.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the mobile clinic and report any issues or malfunctions to the Manager, Health Plan Operations.

Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the mobile clinic’s interior and exterior.

Assist the Health Plan Operations team with setting up and breaking down the mobile clinic’s equipment and supplies.

Provide excellent customer service and communication to ArcBest and ABF Freight employees who visit the mobile clinic.

Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations and ArcBest policies and procedures regarding driving, safety, and health.

Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As a Mobile Clinic Driver, Part-Time, you will be a member of the ArcBest People Services team in Fort Smith, AR. This is a part-time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload.

Education: High school diploma/GED, preferred.

Experience: Prior experience driving/operating a bus or large motor vehicle.

Other Requirements:

Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening, required.

Clean driving record, required.

Ability to drive long distances and overnight, as needed.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading the mobile clinic.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and locations.
