Bilingual Oncology Nurse Navigators
to join their team!Salary/Hourly Rate:$39.90/hrPosition Overview:The Bilingual Oncology Nurse Navigators will provide triage, support, and education to members during their cancer journey via phone, email, and video. The ideal candidates for the Bilingual Oncology Nurse Navigators role should be available to work from 11:30 am - 8:00 pm ET.Responsibilities of the Bilingual Oncology Nurse Navigators:
The Bilingual Oncology Nurse Navigators will establish trusting relationships with members and their care network.
Support members throughout their cancer care journey, including screening, survivorship, and end-of-life care.
Assist members with care coordination, symptom management, nutritional support, discharge planning, and provider referrals.
Assist with urgent clinical escalations and provide clinical consultative support.
Qualifications for the Bilingual Oncology Nurse Navigators:
The Bilingual Oncology Nurse Navigators will be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Possess OCN and CCM.
Must possess compact licensure and reside in a compact state.
Must have recent oncology navigation or oncology case management experience.
Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
