Description Position at Bradley Court Generations Healthcare is in search of an Occupational Therapist (part-time or PRN) to join our team. Bradley Court is a secure facility focusing primarily on post-hospitalization transitional care. Our patients suffer varying degrees of physical ailments, and many have a secondary diagnosis of mental illness. As such, our 56 beds are split evenly between behavioral health (secure) and skilled nursing (nonsecure) focuses. This position will also serve as a patient and rehabilitation advocate for current prospective patients, to all internal and external customers while participating in quality assurance and customer service activities.Benefits:We offer competitive salary, rewarding healthcare benefits and excellent career growth opportunities.Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00 per hourQualifications:Graduate of an approved curriculum in Occupational Therapy, is able to practice unencumbered, is in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards, has working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources, full knowledge of residents' rights, exude professionalism in presentation, able to work on multitasks at the same time. In addition, qualified candidates must have proven success in providing extraordinary care, working as a proactive and contributing part of a dynamic team.
