Endor Labs is looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager, accountable for employing our growing technology stack to support our world class go-to-market teams. You're the ideal candidate if you are a data-driven, tech-savvy revops professional with unparalleled attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.How You'll Make an ImpactStrategic Partnership : Dive deep into the strategies and priorities of our sales & marketing teams, providing invaluable insights from the RevOps perspective. Your expertise will drive execution and best practices that elevate our collective performance.Performance Analytics : Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance. You'll empower our GTM leaders with the analytics they need to drive improvements in GTM volume, conversion, velocity, and value.Process Optimization : Play a pivotal role in aligning and optimizing marketing and sales processes. Compensation
In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. For candidates who receive an offer for this position, the total compensation range is expected to be between $100,000-$130,000. This may include incentives/variable compensations such as stock options and/or bonuses, depending on the position. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.
