We are currently seeking an experienced
Senior Architectural Project Manager
for our New York Office of Ithaca, Albany or Farmingdale. Our offices in New York are comprised of over 100 professionals, working in a highly collaborative environment, specializing in K-12 facilities and international projects. We provide integrated design services for a wide variety of public buildings, but focusing on K-12 educational facilities and work in the federal sector, primarily abroad. Our overall team of professionals provides innovative architectural design, building systems engineering, interior design, site design, civil design and 3-D Imaging services to clients regionally and globally. Designers engage proven yet innovative building methods and technologies that provide real-world solutions resulting in more efficient and sustainable projects.

Your Role:
Manage top-tier client relationships and contractsManage the financial aspects for a broad range of large multi-phase institutional projectsProvide technical and design leadership for some of the industry's top interdisciplinary design teamsMentor junior level professionals, developing satisfying collegial relationshipsProvide meaningful input to firm leadership regarding excellence in professional, technical, and business practicesQualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field15+ years of experience working in the design/construction field, with 10+ years of project management experienceNew York State Architectural LicenseExperience in K-12 educational facilitiesLooking for someone with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and enjoys working as a contributing part of a team
Additional information:• Requires satisfactory completion of a background check• Requires successful evaluation of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and maintaining a safe driving record as defined by Tetra Tech's Vehicle Safety program.
Anticipated Hiring Range: $115,000 - $135,000. Please note that this range reflects the pay scale that Tetra Tech INE reasonably expects to pay for the role. The pay scale will also depend on various factors, such as job duties and requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
