HR GeneralistOur client is a manufacturing company located in New Haven, and they are looking for a HR Generalist to join their teamKey Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:The HR Generalist will manage and oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Administer payroll functions using ADP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Provide expertise in employee benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and claims resolution.Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiriesThe HR Generalist will develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and efficient workplace.Support management in workforce planning, training, and development initiatives.Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws, EEO, and safety standards.Preferred Qualifications of the HR Generalist:Must have experience with ADP5+ years of prior experienceBilingual in Spanish and English
