Clinical Therapist + Supervisor
Lincoln Park Therapy Group, Chicago, Illinois, United States, 60290
Looking to join a thriving group practice with a supportive and team-oriented culture? Do you want to help new clinicians grow and develop their clinical skills? Apply to Lincoln Park Therapy Group!
Lincoln Park Therapy Group is a boutique private practice in Chicago's Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ravenswood and Wicker Park neighborhoods. We offer flexible schedules and options for in-person or teletherapy remote positions. We are looking for a full-time therapist who is interested in joining our awesome team of clinical supervisors (if you're fully licensed and interested in supervising but don't have any experience, apply anyway - we have a great supervision training program!)
An ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, easy to connect with, adaptable, professional, and excited to join our fun, dynamic and collaborative group practice in our Lincoln Park and Lakeview offices. We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about doing long-term work with their clients! BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and people from other marginalized communities are encouraged to apply! Requirements include being licensed in the State of Illinois and prior supervisory experience, preferably in a private practice setting.
LPTG values work-life balance and offers flexible scheduling for its therapists. Clinical supervisor/therapist will have a caseload of at least 25 completed clinical sessions per week that includes a combination of client facing work and clinical supervision. This position is a combination of in person work and remote work if desired.
Our ideal candidate must have experience working with individuals in 1:1 traditional sessions, have utilized clinical interventions and diagnostic skills in their current or previous work experience, and have an interest and excitement to help the next generation of therapists grow into their talents. Prior experience providing supervision to provisionally-licensed therapists is great, but not necessary as we will help you develop your supervisor skills. Candidates must hold a license in the state of Illinois. LPTG serves a diverse population, including women and men of all ages, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, couples, and teens. Our ideal candidate is experienced in working with adults, and may also have additional expertise working with a specific demographic or modality (but not necessary).
Candidates who are independent, driven, collaborative, organized, detail oriented, and able to enhance our positive-minded group of clinicians will be most successful at LPTG. We value connection and collaboration, and host team get-togethers to build community in our practice. However, LPTG is sensitive to the needs and comfort of its clinicians and these get-togethers are optional and are not required.
