Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of mental health professionals while maintaining a meaningful connection with clients? At Transform Youth and Family Counseling, we're seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to play a vital role in both leadership and client care.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you'll have the rewarding responsibility of guiding and mentoring pre-licensed therapists, while also managing your own client caseload. You'll provide individual, group, and family counseling to youth ages 6-24, offering direct support to the community. In this blended role, you'll lead by example, providing clinical supervision and consultation to clinicians at your location, ensuring they adhere to best practices, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities
• Supervise and oversee clinicians at designated locations.• Deliver individual, family, and group counseling services to youth ages 6-24.• Provide formal individual and group supervision in 1-hour intervals to provisionally licensed clinicians.• Be proactive and responsible in holding clinicians accountable in note content and timeliness, and overall performance of their job duties via in-person and remote communication.• Check in weekly as a group with other Clinical Supervisors, Owner, and Office Manager, regarding processes and/or procedures, including proposed changes, clinical issues, and successes to improve overall client and employee experience.• Proactively work towards improving the practice's client experience and ensure client satisfaction by way of supervising clinicians.• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize various projects independently.• Passion for working with others and helping our team members grow and learn.• Ability to handle and provide straightforward feedback to leadership and clinical team members.• Conduct and help to facilitate clinical training for clinical staff.
Qualifications
• Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work (required); and• Active, unrestricted license (PsyD, LCSW, LMFT or LPC) in the State of Oregon for at least 2 years.• Completion of 30-hour clinical supervision course and other requirements to fulfill supervisory duties to LMFT, LPC, and/or LCSW licensure associates, or ability to complete this course within 90 days of hire.• Maintain a caseload of 14 clinical hours per week through individual, family, and group therapy.• At least two years clinical experience working with youth and families.
