Overview:

The Senior Digital Product Manager leads the portfolio of digital solutions that support Tactile Medical therapies. This highly visible role will develop marketing requirements for product development, formulate and execute go-to-market launch and ongoing release plans, champion user testing, oversee the creation of digital content and drive user adoption. You will work with key stakeholders to analyze the market, competition, customer needs, and identify product opportunities to deliver on business objectives.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain product roadmaps, defining digital product features based on internal and external needsSet marketing requirements for digital products/solutions working with integrated design and development teamsEvaluate market and internal stakeholder needs to develop solutions to drive market growth and user adoption in digital productsChampion user testing to prioritize roadmap and optimize digital product featuresMaintain and grow strong field sales team interaction and alignment to ensure proper development, communication, understanding, and adoption of best practicesEstablish patient and clinician targeting strategies and work with Marketing Communications partners to develop and promotion and demand generation tacticsDevelop market analyses, business metrics, and utilization reporting for digital products and implement marketing tactics to affect successDrive initiates and projects to completion on-time and within budgetDevelop understanding and stay informed on market landscape, clinical developments, payer landscape, and competitive intelligenceMaintain compliance with all appropriate standards and regulatory requirements, including HIPAAOther duties as assigned

Qualifications:Education & ExperienceRequired:Bachelors Degree in marketing, engineering or related field7+ years of relevant product management experience within health solutions or consumer productsExtensive practical experience and understanding of web content strategy, demand generation, usability and accessibilityPreferred:MBAFluency in Web technology, social media and mobile applicationsMobile or web application product marketing or product management experienceKnowledge & SkillsProven success developing market/product strategies and execution plansProven ability to assimilate consumer/user feedback into actionable features/experiencesParticularly adept at effective communication with cross-functional team members including engineers and app developersDemonstrated ability to lead business initiatives to a successful result, using resources effectively and efficientlyDemonstrated ability to strategically create and analyze business metrics and make informed action plansSelf-directed, internally motivated and drivenEffective formal and informal presentation and facilitation skills in a variety of settingsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent follow through, attention to detail and time management skillsAbility to lift up to 25 pounds

Below is the starting salary range for this position, although offers may differ based on the candidate's location, job-specific knowledge, skills and experience.:$113,300 - $169,890
