POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager of Marketing and Digital Analytics leads a dynamic team responsible for providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing and digital strategies. This role ensures that key decisions across marketing channels are backed by data, driving more effective and impactful marketing efforts.
The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and overall business growth. They will play a key role in developing strategies to advance the digital analytics function, integrate data across systems, and build a robust foundation for a data-driven marketing approach. ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Lead and mentor a team of marketing and digital analytics professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.Develop and oversee the execution of a plan to advance marketing and digital analytics capabilities, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation.Oversee the development and implementation of standardized marketing and digital analytics processes, including campaign tracking, measurement, and reporting, to ensure consistency and accuracy across all efforts.Promote data literacy by educating teams on marketing analytics data, increasing understanding, and driving the adoption of self-service tools for more effective decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and digital teams, to integrate data insights into cohesive strategies that enhance customer engagement.Oversee the prioritization and overall workflow to ensure successful delivery of analytics work, including accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators.Guide the team in analyzing marketing performance across various channels, helping them identify areas for optimization to improve return on investment (ROI) and overall effectiveness.Support the implementation and optimization of marketing technologies, such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and automation tools, to streamline marketing operations.Partner with IT business intelligence and data governance to ensure data governance, data quality, and appropriate data integration for marketing analytics use cases.Maintain strong data governance practices, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.Manage relationships and partner with third-party vendors, ensuring high-quality delivery of results.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of :
Digital marketing channels, tools, and performance metrics (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation technologies.Data analytics tools and techniques, including data mining, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.Web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.Data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Best practices in data governance, data management, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).Ability to :
Develop strong relationships and build trust and confidence with partners.Influence with strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.Lead and mentor a high-performing analytics team.Translate complex data findings into actionable marketing insights for stakeholders.Implement and optimize marketing and analytics technologies, such as CDPs and automation tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven decisions.Communicate effectively with senior leadership and present data insights clearly and concisely.Build and deploy process improvement.Education and/or Experience :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, data analytics, business administration, or a related field. Upon evaluation, equivalent related experience and/or education may be substituted for the degree requirement.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing analytics or digital analytics roles with 5+ years in leadership roles.Proven experience in leading and developing teams in a data-driven environment.Demonstrated experience in using data insights to drive marketing strategy and business growth.PREFERRE

Master's degree in business, marketing analytics, data science, or related field.Experience in the healthcare or non-profit sector.Knowledge of advanced statistical and machine learning techniques.Experience implementing and optimizing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
