The Senior Analyst - Production Operations, Analytics will support the decision-making process of the Production Leadership team by evaluating metrics and data, performing financial analysis, developing a catalogue of business reports, and running projects from planning to completion. This position will work closely with various teams to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive strategic decision-making.

Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to key Production metrics;Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the performance and efficiency of the Production network for Quarterly Business Reviews;Provide information to management via written, oral, and PowerPoint presentations by assembling and summarizing data, presenting findings, performing detailed analysis, and delivering possible recommendations or strategies for change;Perform monthly Power BI dashboard maintenance and fulfill Production requests for new analyses in Power BI;Fulfill ad-hoc Marketing requests for population of external publications and provide bi-yearly production metric summaries at the office, specialty, and lender levels;Analyze Berkadia's footprint and identify markets and teams for Berkadia to recruit;Research and analyze direct competitors' Market Share via RCA, as well as the Production industry overall;Assist in new hire onboarding process;Provide ideas, feedback, and direction on Salesforce CRM initiatives by acting as Production stakeholder;Identify opportunities for process improvement, provide actionable insights, make recommendations, and execute through completion;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions and support to the Production network;Assist in driving process improvement and policy development initiatives for the Production function;Work on ad-hoc projects and analyses as assigned by Production Leadership. Previous experience managing multiple simultaneous projects including maintaining project tasks, coordinating work efforts of others, and meeting deadlines with minimal oversight;Advanced experience in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; advanced experience in Excel;Strong proficiency in data visualization and modeling via SQL and Power BI;Experience with Salesforce CRM and RCA strongly preferredStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities;Outstanding attention to detail and ability to run QC;Ability to manage both long-term strategic projects and ad-hoc, urgent requests, as needed, while keeping stakeholders informed of potential delays due to conflicting priorities;Can-do, proactive attitude that can mean making suggestions and giving options rather than waiting for answers;Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization.3+ years of experience in a similar positionWe believe People Matter, so we offer benefits that go beyond:
