We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:

Analyze real estate collateral data including financial statements and write comprehensive watchlist comments on Commercial Real Estate associated with CMBS and Agency loans. This will also include doing market research based on the type of asset and its location and communicating with borrowers for additional information and/or updates.Assist in the management of the work process to ensure Watchlist are prepared and delivered within the prescribed timeframe for each deal assigned; as necessary, review and approve Watchlist.Coordinate and participate in responses to inquiries from investors, rating agencies, and clients, as necessary.Work with Portfolio Managers to address significant issues identified during the review of monthly surveillance reports for pool, loan, and collateral performance.Participate in a lead role in periodic conference calls/meetings with other deal participants; coordinate timing, attendance, and structure of investor calls.Proactively evaluate and report the impact of significant events (natural disasters, significant borrower/tenant bankruptcies) on pool performance to investors, rating agencies, and clients.Communicate with internal Servicing staff to collect and analyze data and information requested by rating agencies, investors and subscribers to ensure information is provided in a timely, accurate manner; prepare customized reporting for both internal and external clients.Coordinate with all Special Servicers to ensure proper reporting of current status of specially-serviced assets.Participate in the preparation of annual portfolio reviews to monitor pool, loan, and collateral performance trends.Any additional responsibilities as may be deemed appropriate by Management.We are passionate about your growth, so to achieve success in this role you should have:

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.

Compensation

$65,000-$75,000 USD
